摘 要:目的:探讨趾管综合症患者的神经电生理特征。方法:对23例趾管综合症患者进行常规神经传导速度和常规(EMG)、F波的检查。结果:23例趾管综合症患者共检测68条MCV中16例MCV减慢,其中5例远端潜伏期延长,7例波幅降低。检测72条SCV其中3例SCV减慢,5例波幅降低。共检测69快肌肉,其中9快肌肉呈神经源性损害。F波均正常。结论:神经电生理检查在趾管综合症的诊断有重要价值。Objective:To explore the application and electrophysiological features of patiens with tarsal tunnel syndrome.Methods:twenty-three patiens with tarsal tunnel syndrome were examined of conventional electromyography(EMG) and never conduction and F wave.Results:Reduction of MCV in 23.53%,fall of MCV amplitude in 10.29%,prolongation of the distal latency was found in 7.3%,reduction of SCV in 8.33%,fall of SCV amplitude in6.94%,EMG revealed neurogenic damages in 13.04%,Normality of F waves in 100%.Conclsions:EMG is help for detecting tarsal tunnel syndrome and shows important clinical value.
