络合碘在促进肺胸膜粘连上的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸膜腔内注入50%稀释络合碘液治疗自发性气胸的疗效及机制。方法:2年间采用随机法将84例自发性气胸,单纯行胸腔闭式引流治疗后分为实验组46例,给予50%稀释络合碘液(40ml)胸膜腔注入;对照组38例,给予50%浓度的葡萄糖(40ml)胸膜腔注入。采集胸腔引流液100ml,对其中的白细胞数,纤连蛋白(Fn)含量进行检测。结果:胸膜腔内注入50%稀释络合碘液无明显不良反应,实验组及对照组的复发率分别为4.3%(2/46)和23.7%(9/38),有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组白细胞数,纤连蛋白(Fn)均显著高于对照组,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:胸膜腔内注入50%稀释络合碘液提高胸腔内纤连蛋白含量,能有效地降低同侧气胸的复发率,促进胸膜粘连,对自发性气胸具有确切疗效。Objective：To study the effect and mechanism of Iodine complex for Intactable p-neumothorax.Methods：84 patients with Intractable Pneumothorax were divided into two groups randomizely after closed thoracic drainage：treat group（groupA,n=46）,given 50%Iodine complex 40ml thoracic injection;control group （groupB n=38）given 50%Glucose 40ml.100ml pleural fluid drainage were collected to measure the white blood cell and Fn value.Results：The white blood cell and the Fn value in the treat group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05） while the Relapse rate of the treat group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：50%Iodine complex Thoracic injection can upgrade the Fn Content in the thoracic cavity,effectively reduce the rate of ipsilateral recurrence of pneumothorax,promote pleural adhesions.and it has the the exact effect of spontaneous pneumothorax.
