微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗鹿角型肾结石的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石术治疗鹿角型肾结石的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2008年3月到2010年4月47例鹿角状肾结石患者的临床资料。结果:37例患者一期清除,二期清除10例。单通道取石22例,双通道取石4例,三通道取石1例。结石总取净率89.4%。平均手术时间132±41min。平均住院时间12.5d,未出现严重并发症。结论:微创经皮肾镜超声气压弹道碎石清石术治疗鹿角形肾结石损伤小、恢复快、并发症少、安全高效、结石清除率高。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined pneumatic lithotripsy for the treatment of staghorn renal stone.Methods：From April 2008 to April 2010,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 47 cases of renal staghorn calculus.Results：They were treated with one-stage operations in 37cases,two-stage in 10 cases.cases,of which single channel was used in 22 cases,two-channel in 24 cases and three-channel in 1 case.The stone-free rate reached 89.4%.The average operative duration was 132±41min and the average duration of hospitalization was 12.5 days.There were no severe complications occurred.Conclusion：Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined pneumatic lithotripsy is a effective method in the treatment of renal staghorn calculus with less suffering,less complication,shorter recovery time,safe and high stone-free rate.
