炎琥宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察炎琥宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:130例急性上呼吸道感染的患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,治疗组予炎琥宁静脉滴注,对照组予病毒唑静脉滴注。结果:治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为91.4%(64/70)和76.7%(46/60),X2=4.34,P<0.05。结论:炎琥宁治疗急性上呼吸道感染有良好疗效。Objective：Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yanhuning injection on patients with acute upper respiratory tract infections.Methods：130 cases with acute upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Yanhuning injection,while the control group was treated with virazole.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group is 91.4%（64/70）,while the control group is 76.7%（46/60）,X2=4.34,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Curative effect of Yanhuning injection in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections is good.
