社区高血压的健康教育形式与内容的探索

摘　　要：目的:通过对高血压患者进行健康教育,可以增强高血压患者自我保健能力,提高高血压患者的生活质量,减少和延缓并发症的发生。方法:采用口头宣教与发放宣传资料相结合,个别交谈与集体授课等方式,对社区内的高血压患者给予全面健康指导,从而使患者保持良好的心理状态,养成良好的生活习惯。结果:高血压患者坚定了治愈疾病的信心,掌握了正确的治疗、饮食和运动方法,从而控制高血压的发展,减少和延缓并发症的发生。结论:健康教育是治疗高血压不可缺少的重要组成部分。Objective：Patients with hypertension can enhance their capability of self-care,improve the quality of life,and reduce/delay complications through health education.Methods：We provide guidance to patients with hypertension of a community with a combined oral mission,promotional material,individual conversations and collective lectures to make them maintain a good mental state and form good habits.Results：Patients with hypertension firm faith of overcoming disease,master correct Methods of treatment,diet and exercise,thus control of hypertension,reduce/delay the development of complications.Conclusion：Health education plays an important and indispensable part in hypertension treatment.
