摘　　要：非物质文化遗产的有效保护是关系到传统知识经济健康发展及世界文化多样性的前提。通过论述非物质文化遗产含义及特征,然后介绍黔东南少数民族地区的非物质文化遗产及其保护现状,并在此基础上对非物质文化遗产有关的保护模式进行系统的分析和整合,最后探讨黔东南非物质文化遗产知识产权保护模式。The effective protection ofintangible cultural heritage is related to the healthy development of traditional knowledge-based economy and the world＇s cultural diversity premise.This is first discussed themeaning and characteristics of the intangible cultural heritage,and then describes in ethnic minority areas Qiandongnan intangible cultural heritage and its conservation status,and on this based on the protection of intangible cultural heritage model of a systematic analysis and integration of and finally to build a non-material cultural heritage protection of intellectual property Qiandongnan mode.
