全球化背景下海洋高等教育发展对策研究——以浙江海洋学院为例

摘　　要：在海洋事业日益受到世人重视的今天,海洋高等教育与海洋科技创新、海洋经济发展之间呈现出前所未有的紧密联系和互动关系。海洋类高校要积极承担起加强海洋意识教育、培养海洋专业人才、注重海洋科技创新、服务海洋事业发展、加快海洋高等教育国际化、实现人与海洋和谐相处的重任,以有效应对全球海洋经济发展面临的挑战,推动海洋高等教育又好又快地发展。With increasingly importance attached to the marine business,there are close relationships and interactions between marine higher education and the innovation of marine science and technology as well as the development of marine economy.Ocean universities should actively take up the tasks of strengthening marine awareness,cultivating marine talents,concentrating on the innovation of marine science and technology,serving the development of marine business,speeding up the internationalization of marine higher education and realizing the harmony between man and ocean,in order to handle the challenges of the development of marine economy facing the globe effectively and promote the good and rapid development of marine higher education.
