摘 要:[目的]测定海南木莲叶和枝中总三萜酸的含量。[方法]以熊果酸为对照品,以质量分数5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸系统为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在546nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。[结果]熊果酸对照品在0.2~1.6μg/ml时呈良好线性关系,回归方程为A=0.1548C+0.0286,r=0.9993。海南木莲叶和枝中总三萜酸的含量分别为1.95%和0.47%。[结论]该方法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好,易于推广。[Objective] The aim was to determine the content of the tritepenoidic acid in the leaves and the stems of Manglietia hainanensis. [Methed] Under the experimental conditions including ursolic acid as the reference,5% vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as color system,the content of triterpenoidic acid in the leaves and stems of Manglietia hainanensis was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method at 546 nm. [Result] The calibration curve was linear(r=0.999 3)in the range of 0.2-1.6 μg /ml,and the curve was A=0.154 8 C +0.028 6,the content was 1.95% and 0.47%. [Conclusion] The result was stable,and had good repeatability. The method operated conveniently and spread easily.
