摘  要:[目的]明确绿色木霉不同菌株间、绿色木霉与化学农药间的相互作用,探讨绿色木霉的使用方法和使用量。[方法]利用平板试验、盆栽试验、大棚试验对绿色木霉的应用技术进行研究。[结果]将经遗传改良的绿色木霉W512、R6、R31、R65、L2用于蔬菜生产。在20~30℃环境温度,107~108孢子浓度下,对蔬菜立枯病(灌根)、白粉病等可以取得90%的生防效果;当环境低于20℃,建议以化学防治为主。R65和L2在大棚蔬菜上的生防效果较好。[结论]经过遗传改良的绿色木霉菌株在适当的使用方法下可以取得较好的生防效果。[Objective] The relationships between different strains of Trichoderma viride and chemical pesticides were studied. And the method and the usage of Trichoderma viride were discussed. [Method] Using plate screening tests,the pot experiment and the greenhouse experiment,the application technologies of trichoderma viride were studied. [Result] The inheriting reform varieties of Trichoderma viride W512,R6,R31,R65,L2 were used in vegetable production. Under the condition of ambient temperatures at 20-30 ℃ and 107-108 spore concentration,the biocontrol effect reached 90%. When the temperature was lower than 20 ℃,the chemistry control should be used. R65 and L2 had excellent biological control effect in the greenhouse. [Conclusion] Good effect of bio-control could be obtained with the application of the genetic improvement of Trichoderma virid using appropriate method.
