摘  要:[目的]了解喀什市上市蔬菜污染现状。[方法]通过测定喀什市3个不同蔬菜销售市场主要的6大类15种蔬菜共135个样品,分析其中的Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu重金属含量水平,对蔬菜污染现状进行了评估。[结果]喀什市3大批发市场蔬菜的Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu4种主要重金属含量平均值均低于相应的食品卫生标准,只有个别蔬菜样品存在重金属Pb、Cd含量超标现象,超标率均不高。叶菜类和茄果类蔬菜的污染程度大于根茎类。[结论]从重金属污染这个角度来说,喀什市市售的蔬菜基本上是安全的,消费者可以放心消费。[Objective] The aim was to study the pollution status of vegetables in Kashgar. [Method] Through detecting 6 classes,15 kinds,135 samples from three different vegetable market in Kashgar,the contents of heavy metal Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu were analyzed,the pollution status was evaluated. [Result] The results indicated that the heavy metal pollution was lower than the national food hygiene standard,95 percent of the samples were qualified. The pollution of leaf vegetables and eggplant and fruit vegetables were serious than that tuber vegetables. [Conclusion] From the perspective of heavy metal pollution,the vegetables in Kashgar are safety.
