摘  要:[目的]研究二氯喹啉酸对后茬花生幼苗的药害作用。[方法]以花生为指示植物,分别以株高、鲜重为生物测定指标,利用土壤添加的方法测定二氯喹啉酸对花生的生物活性,并对二氯喹啉酸在水稻田土壤中的残留动态进行测定。[结果]在二氯喹啉酸浓度为0.7~8.0mg/kg的范围内,花生株高和鲜重与浓度的线性相关方程分别为:y=11.235x+3.8186,R2=0.9691;y=5.9733x+6.5328,R2=0.9882。第2年在原水稻种植地块进行花生种植,对花生无残留药害影响。[结论]该试验方法简单、精确,具有良好的重现性。[Objective]The study aimed to research the phytotoxicity function of quinclorac on the later peanut seedlings. [Method]With the soybean as the indicator plant,and the plant height and fresh weight as the bioassay indexes,the biologic activity of quinclorac on the soybean was determined by method of adding the quinclorac in the soil and the residue dynamic of quinclorac in paddy field was also measured. [Result]When the quinclorac concn. was in the range of 0.7~8.0 mg/kg,the linear equations of the correlation for the plant height and fresh weight of soybean with the were quinclorac concn. y=11.235x+3.818 6,R2=0.969 1;y=5.973 3x+6.532 8,R2=0.988 2,resp. In the second year,planting the soybean in the original rice planting plot had no residual phytotoxicity on the soybean. [Conclusion]The bioassay method was simply and exact and had a better repeatability.
