摘　　要：随着任职教育转型的全面展开,我们用了两年多的时间在20个教学班对《数字通信原理》课程的教学进行了改革与实践,探索出了如何提高士官任职能力和实践能力的一些好的做法,为其他相关课程的教学改革实践奠定了良好基础,使士官教育真正实现向任职教育的全面转变。With the restructuring of professional education in full swing,we spent more than two years in 20 classes of ＂Digital Communications＂ course to reform and practice,exploring how to improve the working ability and practical ability of officers Some good practice for other related practice of teaching reform has laid a good foundation,so that non-commissioned officers of education realize the full transition to professional education.
