经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术与传统腹腔镜手术的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术的可行性及效果。方法 20例双侧精索静脉曲张患者随机分为经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术组和传统腹腔镜手术组,每组10例,对比两组的手术时间、术野情况及手术并发症等。结果 20例手术均获成功,无明显并发症。传统腹腔镜手术时间、手术术野等优于单孔腹腔镜手术。结论经脐单孔腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术是安全可行的,操作难度较常规腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术复杂、手术时间长,但手术伤口小,术后瘢痕隐蔽。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic varicoceleetomy （TUSPLV）. Methods Twenty patients were divided into two groups underwent TUSPLV （10 cases）, and conventional laparoscopic varicocelectomy （LV, 10 cases）. Outcomes measures included operative time, operation field adjustment time and assessment of complications. Results All procedures were performed successfully without complications in either groups, time used for operation field adjustment and operative time were significantly longer in TUSPLV than LV. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoseopie varicocelectomy is safe. Compared with regular laparoseopic varicocelectomy, it is more difficuh. But TUSPLV displays significant advantages, such as smaller trauma, scarless and is worth promotion as a novel method for the treatment of varicocele.
