摘  要:目的:探讨大鼠发育过程中海马CA1区LTP的变化。方法:刺激海马CA3区Schaffer侧枝,在CA1锥体细胞层记录LTP。结果:1月龄大鼠海马CA1区LTP诱出率最低,2、6月龄大鼠诱出率均高于1月龄大鼠;串刺激后,2月龄大鼠平均峰潜期显著缩短,而1、6月龄大鼠无明显变化;各年龄组大鼠PS峰值在串刺激后均明显增加,但1月龄大鼠PS增幅最小,2月龄大鼠PS增幅最大,fEPSP斜率的变化与PS增幅的变化基本一致。结论:LTP随发育进程有明显的变化,2月龄大鼠LTP效应强于其他年龄组大鼠。Objective: To investigate the developmental changes of longterm potentiation (LTP) in the hippocampus CA1 region. Methods: Schaffer lateral branch in CA3 region was simulated to record LTP in CA1 region. Results: The probability of the induction of LTP in the CA1 region in 1monthold rats was the lowest among all groups. The PS amplitude and fEPSP slope of different age rats were significantly increased after tetanic stimulation but the intensity of LTP in 2monthold rats was stronger than those in 1monthold and 6monthold rats. Conclusion: There are obvious developmental changes of LTP and the intensity of LTP in 2monthold rats is the highest.
