摘 要:介绍了一种基于位总线(Bitbus)分布式测控系统的机载试验数据采集系统的设计和实现。该系统采用模块化设计,硬件以Intel分布式控制模块为基础,软件基于iDCX51固件。系统设计成位总线主从结构,由一个主采集节点和三个子采集节点组成,主采集节点实现对系统的控制,同步三个采集节点采样、接收、存储并处理数据,子采集节点实现对被测试信号的采集。主采集节点与子采集节点间采用位总线通讯,用双绞屏蔽线连接。Introduces the design and realization of air borne data acquisition system based on bit bus distributed measurement & control system. This system is modular design with its hardware based on Intel distributed control module and its software on iDCX51 firmware. This acquisition system is master slave construction of bit bus distributed measurement & control system, which combines one master node with three slave nodes. The master node controls the whole system,synchronizes these slave nodes to receive,memorize and process data. These slave nodes acquire data directly. The master and slave nodes are communicated with bit bus and connected with masked double wires.
