摘　　要：尝试利用层次分析法，模糊数学理论及决策理论对半结构化的决策支持理论进行了定量分析。By using analytic hierarchy process, theory of fuzzy mathematics and theory of policy, the author attempts to make quantitative analysis of the semi structural decision support system. In this paper, a practicable policy of intelligent decision system is described.
