摘  要:选择体重、胎次、产犊时间、产奶量相近,体况评分3分的泌乳盛期中国荷斯坦牛27头,采用L(934)正交试验设计,以日粮中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、小肠可消化蛋白(IDCP)、磷及添加过瘤胃保护限制性氨基酸(RPLAA)为试验因子,研究提高奶牛泌乳性能与氮、磷减排的营养调控技术。结果表明,日粮DM中NDF37%~41%、IDCP按《中国奶牛饲养标准》推荐量92%、磷3.4~4.3g/kgDM、过瘤胃保护蛋氨酸8g/d+过瘤胃保护赖氨酸32g/d,可显著提高奶牛泌乳性能,提高IDCP与摄入磷的转化效率,降低粪尿中氮、磷的排放量。An experiment was conducted to ascertain the trophic manipulation effect of improving milk performance and lowering fecal and urinary nitrogen and fecal phosphorus excretion with 27 hatching lactating Chinese Hostein cattle at the close calving parity, calving time, milk ability and body condition score by using of L9(34) orthogonal experimental design. It took the dietary neutral detergent fiber (NDF), intestine digestible crude protein (IDCP), dietary phosphorus and additive rumen protected limitation amino acids (RPLAA) as experimental factors. The findings indicate that the ration with NDF 37%-41%, IDCP 92% accounting for the recommended requirement of China Feeding Standard Of Dairy Cattle, phosphorus 3.4 to 4.3 g/kgDM and rumen protected Met 8 g/d + rumen protected Lys 32 g/d could significantly increase milk performance, improve conversion efficiency of IDCP and phosphorus, and lower excretion of fecaluria nitrogen and phosphorus.
