摘 要:采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚氨酯(PU)-编织管复合管状膜。考察了PVDF/PU不同质量比例、编织管管径、疏密对管状复合膜性能的影响以及不同管径复合膜膜组件的膜通量。结果显示,随着体系中PU含量的增加,体系更加倾向于发生快速的液液分相,导致复合膜孔隙率增加和水通量提高。管径的增大对管状复合膜的水通量影响很小,但是膜组件的装填密度随着管径的增大而降低,膜组件膜通量依次降低。随编织管未填充系数的增大,复合膜的厚度减小,水通量增加。The PVDF/PU-woven tubular composite membranes were fabricated.The effects of PVDF/PU mass proportion,the diameter and density of the woven tube on the properties of tubular composite membranes were studied and the water flux of membrane modules with different woven tubes were also investigated.The results showed that the instantaneous liquid-liquid phase separation was preferred to occur with PU content increasing.The instantaneous demixing led to an increment of membrane porosity which could enhance the water flux of the composite tube membrane.An increment in the diameter of woven tubes had a litter influence on the water flux,but could resulted in the decrease of packing densities and water fluxes of membrane modules.Finally,the thickness of composite membranes would reduce and the water flux would be enhanced as the non-filling coefficient of woven tube increased.
