摘 要:共混乳液采用核交联羟基丙烯酸乳液和水可分散多异氰酸酯以机械共混方式制得。采用FTIR和涂膜溶剂浸泡保留率跟踪了共混乳液的成膜过程,并考察了交联密度的影响因素。研究表明,成膜固化过程没有出现相分离。成膜温度越高,涂膜达到平衡保留率的时间越短,且不同成膜温度下涂膜平衡保留率相近。相比二乙烯基苯,采用硅烷偶联剂(A-174)作交联剂时涂膜保留率更高。以二甲基乙醇胺作中和剂,涂膜保留率最高,三乙胺次之,氨水最低。以有机金属化合物(T12)作催化剂时,涂膜保留率随催化剂用量增加而增加,有机叔胺催化剂(K533)则呈现相反的变化规律。The blend emulsions had been prepared from core cross-linking hydroxyl polyacrylic emulsion and polyisocyanate resin by an emulsion blend technique.Film formation process of blend emulsion particles was tracked by FTIR and coating retention rate soaked in solvent and the factors influencing cross-linking density were also studied.The results showed that there was no phase-separation during film formation.The higher film formation temperature,the shorter time required for equilibrium retention rate.At the different formation temperature,there was no distinct difference for film equalized retention rate.Compared with silane coupling agent(A-174),the film with divinylbenzene as cross-link agent had higher retention rate.Using different organic base as neutralizing agent,film retention rate was in the order dimethylethanolamine triethylamine ammonia.Compared with tertiary amine(K533),organic mental catalyst(T-12)had reverse catalyst effect in which the retention rate increased with T-12 content.
