摘  要:[目的]优化金铁锁醇提液的除杂工艺。[方法]以金铁锁药材为原料,采用75%乙醇提取其中的皂苷类化合物,并采用D101大孔吸附树脂对提取液进行除杂,通过正交试验研究大孔树脂用量、洗脱剂(乙醇)浓度及用量对总皂苷得量的影响。[结果]各因素对总皂苷得量的影响依次为:大孔树脂用量>乙醇浓度>洗脱剂用量;最佳除杂工艺为:D101大孔吸附树脂用量10g,以200ml60%的乙醇为洗脱剂进行洗脱。[结论]该研究确定了大孔吸附树脂对金铁锁醇提液的最佳除杂工艺。[Objective]The study was to optimize the purification technology of alcohol extracts of Psammosilene tunicoides W.C.Wu et C.Y.Wu.[Method]The P.tunicoides herbs were taken as the raw materials.The steroid saponins in them were extracted by 75% ethanol,and the extract was purified by D101 macroporous adsorptive resin.The effects of macroporous adsorptive resin dosage,eluent (ethanol) concns.and dosage on yield rate of total saponins were studied through orthogonal test.[Results]The effect of factors on yield rate of total saponins in order was:macroporous resin dosage 〉ethanol concn.〉 eluent dosage.The optimum purification technology was D101 macroporous adsorptive resin dosage of 10 g,eluent concns of 60% and eluent dosage of 200 ml.[Conclusion]This study identified the optimum purification technology of macroporous adsorptive resin on alcohol extracts of Psammosilene tunicoides.
