白术、西洋参等药材中18种有机氯类农药残留的测定

摘　　要：用GC-ECD检测17个批次中药材样品的18种有机氯农药残留,初步调查这些药材的有机氯农药的残留情况。样品以丙酮:石油醚(1:1)超声提取,提取液浓缩后用浓硫酸净化,采用DB1701石英毛细管柱分离样品,GC-ECD测定18种有机氯农药的残留量。结果得出,17个样品中除白术、西洋参外均未检出有机氯残留。18 organochlorine pesticide residues in 17 traditional Chinese medicines are tested by GC-ECD so as to investigate the degree of pesticide residues in these medicines.Firstly,the same amount of acetone and petroleum are used to ultrasonically extract the samples,then the obtained extract is condensed and then purified by concentrated sulfuric acid,the samples are separated by DB1701 silici-capilary column and at last GC-ECD is adopted to detect 18 organochlorine pesticide residues.It is found that there is no residues of organic chlorine detected from 17 samples apart from Atractylodes and American ginseng.
