利用塑料大棚培育多宝鱼仔稚鱼的研究

摘　　要：[目的]在莱州,利用塑料大棚采用人工授精的方法培育多宝鱼仔稚鱼,探索培育多宝鱼的最佳条件,为将来投入市场打下良好的基础。[方法]利用塑料大棚程序升温、保温,采用人工授精的方法,利用分组试验,找到最佳试验条件。[结果]经过大量试验研究,找到培育多宝鱼仔稚鱼最佳试验条件:盐度28～40,光照强度500～2000lx,pH值7.8～8.2,培育密度1×104～2×104尾/m2,水温18～20℃。在早期培育期,仔稚鱼适宜水温与孵化时水温相一致。利用塑料大棚升温,在第2天时开始缓缓升温,在第10天升温到17～19℃,并保持温度在19℃。[结论]采用该方法与试验条件培育的多宝鱼苗可提前10d上市,而且鱼苗成活率高达30%,比一般培育厂提高了10%。[Objective]The study aimed to cultivate the child of southern founder using plastic vents in Laizhou and to study the artificial insemination.The optimal condition for cultivating child southern founder was studied.A good foundation for inputting market was built.[Method]The temperature was kept and raised little by little.[Result]By artificial insemination and cultivation child of southern founder and by separating groups test,the optimal condition was found at last.By a lot of test cultivating on child of southern founder,the optimum conditions and seedling method such as the cultivating surroundings were as follows：the salt concentration 28-40,illumination intensity 500-2 000 lx,pH value 7.8-8.2,breed density 1×10^4-2×10^4 tail /m^2 and water temperature 18-20 ℃.Especially the water temperature in prophase of seedling method was same as the hatch stage’s,and the water temperature was increased little by little,in the 10 day the water temperature was increased to 17-19 ℃ and keeping on 19 ℃.[Conclusion]The breeding could come into the market 10 days before others.The survival rate of child of southern founder reached 30%,which was 10% higher than other fish farm.
