剑白香猪血液生理指标研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究剑白香猪不同发育阶段血液指标特性。[方法]选取2、4和6月龄剑白香猪各10头,共30头,公母各半,测定主要血液生理指标,并应用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。[结果]相同性别不同月龄猪只的大多数血液生理指标之间差异极显著(P<0.01)或差异显著(P<0.05);相同月龄不同性别之间,除2月龄的红细胞比值,4月龄的红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度、淋巴细胞比例,6月龄的血红蛋白浓度之间差异显著外(P<0.05),其他血液学指标均差异不显著。[结论]该研究为剑白香猪品种改良以及医学研究提供了理论依据。[Objective]To analyze the characteristics of blood physiological parameters in Jianbai Xiang pig in different developmental stages.[Method]A total of 30 Jianbai Xiang pigs at 2,4 and 6 months old were used in the present study,10 pigs every month old,male and female in half.The main blood physiological parameters were measured,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS10.0 software.[Result]The results showed that the majority of blood physiological parameters were significantly different （P〈0.01） or different （P〈0.05） in the pigs of different months old with same gender.Contrarily,the majority blood parameters were not significantly different between boar and sow of the same months old except Red blood cell （RBC） of two months,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration （MCHC） and lymphocyte percentage （LYM） of four months,hemoglobin concentration （HGB） of six months show differences （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]This study provides a theoretical basis for Jianbai Xiang pig breeds improvement and medical research.
