摘  要:[目的]研究乙酰氧肟酸(AHA)对蔬菜生长及氮肥利用率的影响。[方法]采用糊化淀粉包被技术,在尿素中加入脲酶抑制剂AHA,制成缓控释长效尿素,共设4组处理:A,尿素对照组;B,淀粉+尿素;C,尿素+AHA;D,淀粉+尿素+AHA,研究了AHA对蔬菜生长及氮肥利用率的影响。[结果]D组的3种蔬菜出苗率最高,与对照相比出苗率均增加了13%左右;D组大蒜和芹菜株高比对照增加了23.2%和25.4%;以D组的小白菜中氮含量最高,对氮素的吸收率也比对照组提高了17.8%。[结论]糊化淀粉包被AHA用作尿素添加剂,可以增加AHA的稳定性,明显提高蔬菜对尿素的利用率,更好地发挥脲酶抑制剂的作用。[Objective]The paper aims to understand the influence of AHA on vegetable growth and the efficiency of nitrogen using.[Method]By using the gelatinized starch coating technology,mixing with urease inhibitors AHA,the long-term controlled release urea is produced,four treatment groups are designed:A,urea(CK);B,urea+ starch;C,urea+ AHA;D,urea+ starch + AHA,to study the impact of AHA on vegetable growth and nitrogen use efficiency.[Result]In three kinds of vegetables,the highest germination rate is in the group D,the germination rate goes up about 13%,however the garlic and celery were 23.2%,25.4%;the highest of Nitrogen content of Bok-choy is in the group D,and comparing with the CK,the nitrogen absorption rate increases by 17.8%.[Conclusion]AHA coating by Gelatinized starch used as a urea additive can increase the stability of AHA,significantly improve the utilization of urea on vegetables,and better play a role of urease inhibitors.
