摘  要:目的:了解金黄色葡萄球菌耐药现状,为临床合理用药治疗由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的疾病。方法:收集各类临床标本进行金黄色葡萄球菌分离鉴定并进行药敏试验。结果:分离出的158株金黄色葡萄球菌主要来源于分泌物、痰、尿等标本,以烧伤创面分泌物分离的金黄色葡萄球菌医院感染率最高。对青霉素、四环素、苯唑西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌耐药率高达95.56%、48.73%、37.34%,对3种以上药物的多种耐药株达44.93%,最多耐药种类达7种。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌对多数抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药,加强对临床分离株的耐药监测,对治疗并参考耐药谱实施合理用药以防止多重耐药株出现有一定意义。Objective:To study the status of resistance to anti-microbial drugs in clinical staphylococcus (S.) aureus strains.Methods:Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from collected clinical samples such as secretion,sputum and urine,and the antimicrobial resistance tests were performed.Results:158 strains of S.aureus were detected mainly from secretion,sputum,urine and surface of wounds.S.aureus isolates were resistant to penicillin (95.56%),followed by tetracycline and oxacillin COAG (48.73% and 37.34% respectively) with the most to 7 kinds of drugs,and 44.93% of all tested strains were multi-antimicrobial resistance to 3 kinds of drugs.Conclusion:S.aureus has high resistance to different kinds of antimicrobials and becomes potential hazards to clinical treatment.The monitor of S.aureus drug-resistance could give guide to clinical treatment and provides the epidemiologic and dynamic data changes for clinic.
