摘　　要：目的:观察腰大池置管引流治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血(TSAH)的疗效。方法:对92例TSAH分为对照组44例,治疗组48例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外,采用腰椎穿刺加腰大池置管脑脊液(CSF)引流疗法治疗,对两组治疗方法的效果进行总结评估。结果:治疗组恢复良好45例,轻残3例;对照组恢复良好22例,轻残17例,重残3例,植物状态生存1例,死亡l例。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,组间差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:腰大池置管引流治疗TSAH具有疗效好、方法简单、创伤小、安全性高、费用低及材料易得等优点,便于临床开展。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of lumbar cistern tube drainage in the treatment of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage （tSAH）.Methods：92 cases of tSAH in the control group were treated with conventional therapy.In addition to conventional therapy,the treatment group was given lumbar puncture combined with lumbar cistern tube drainage of cerebrospinal fluid （CSF）.The treatment effects in the two groups were summarized and evaluated.Results：There were 45 cases of good recovery,3 cases of slight disability in the treatment group,while in the control group,22 cases of good recovery,17 cases of slight disability,3 cases of severe disability,1 cases of vegetative state to survive and l case of death.The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group with the significant difference between the two groups （P 0.01）.Conclusion：The lumbar cistern tube drainage for treating traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage has the advantages such as good efficacy,simplicity,less trauma,high safety,low cost and material easy to get,which is easy to be carried out in clinic.
