关节镜清理配合术后灌洗治疗膝痛风性关节炎

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节镜清理配合术后灌洗对急性膝关节痛风性关节炎治疗和诊断的应用价值。方法回顾自2005年以来该科经关节镜探查术术后病理诊断为痛风性关节炎的12例患者的诊疗经过,随访4～38个月,进行疗效观察。结果 12例患者术前7例确诊,5例误诊,所有患者均行关节镜清理,术后灌洗配合药物治疗及饮食控制,随访疗效满意。结论关节镜清理术配合术后灌洗是治疗膝关节急性痛风性关节炎的有效途径,同时也是诊断该疾病的有效方法。【Objective】To study the value of arthroscopic debridment combined with lavage in the diagnosis and treatment of acute gouty arthritis of knee.【Methods】12 cases since 2005 with acute gout arthritis in the knee diagnosed through pathologic examination and treated under arthroscopy were reviewed. The experiences were analyzed retrospectively and the therapeutic results were observed through a follow-up of 4～38 months.【Results】Among the 12 cases,7 cases were final diagnosed preoperation,the other 5 cases were given a misdiagnosis. All the patients were given a debridment under arthroscopy combined with postoperative lavage and postoperative systematic drugs therapy and alimentary control. The follow-up showed that all the patients acquired a satisfactory therapeutic effect. 【Conclusion】Arthroscopic debridment combined with lavage is an effective way to treat and also to diagnose acute knee gouty arthritis.
