摘　　要：锗酸铋晶体是一种新型闪烁材料,利用其闪烁性能可以探测高能粒子,在核物理、核医学等领域中有着广泛的应用。文章综述了锗酸铋晶体的结构性能和发光光谱的研究现状,展望了稀土掺杂锗酸铋晶体的发展前景。As a new scintillation material, Bi4Ge3O12 （BGO） can be used as the detector for high energy particles due to its scintillation properties. It has been widely applied to many fields involving nuclear physics and nuclear medicine. This article summarizes the structural and the spectroscopic properties of BGO crystals, and suggests the recent studies and the developmental prospects of RE-doped BGO crystals.
