起重链条在无缝钢管生产传动中的应用

摘　　要：通过对滚子链使用环境分析和许用功率校核,指出其不足。经过分析和研究,选用起重链条,自行设计主动链轮,以代替滚子链。经过一年多的使用,效果很好。这为无缝钢管生产中的机械传动形式的选择提供了一种新思路。Through the analysis of using environment and the check of the allowable power of the roller chain, its shortage is pointed out. After the analysis and research, instead of roller chain, the lifting chain and the sprocket is designed. After more than a year of use, the effect is very good. It is a new mental line that has been provided for the form of mechanical transmission provides in the production of seamless steel tube.
