摘　　要：图书馆文献资源具有公共物品的属性,且其共享活动具备博弈论的基本要素。因此,对图书馆文献资源共享活动进行博弈分析、构建博弈模型并通过改变博弈得益构建新的博弈模型,有利于实现文献资源共享的最优得益状态。据此,图书馆应制定文献资源共享的4种机制,即成本分担机制、利益平衡机制、激励机制和约束机制,以期实现资源共享的多赢格局。Library document resources have public goods character, and sharing activities have basic elements of Game Theory. Therefore, we analyze library document resources sharing activities with Game Theory, build game model during the library resources sharing activities, and build new game model with changing game proceeds, in order to achieve optimal documents sharing. Accordingly, libraries should develop four types of document resources sharing mechanisms, which are cost-sharing mechanism, interests balance mechanism, incentive and restraint mechanism, in order to share resources in the wJn-win situation.
