摘　　要：题名与责任说明项作为文献编目工作中重要的著录项目,其是否标准、规范和统一影响到文献的检准率和检全率。目前这一字段的著录仍存在其他题名信息检索点的设立问题、责任者的著录选取问题。这主要是因为编目员对《中国文献编目规则》的理解程度有差异、《中国文献编目规则》有关条款的表述欠周全。因此,在严格遵守《中国文献编目规则》的前提下,应加强编目员的学习与交流,加强编目工作的科学管理,提高对《中国文献编目规则》的再认识。As the important item of description, the standards, specifications and unification of title and statement of responsibility could affect the precision and recall of literatures. The present description of the filed has problems in the establishment of search points for other title information and the description selection of responsible person, because there are differences in understanding Chinese BibliOgraphical Cataloging Rules and lack of thinking for relevant clauses. Therefore, on the premise of abiding by Chinese Bibliographical Cataloging Rules strictly, libraries should stress the study and communication between catalogers, strengthen the scientific management of the cataloging work, and improve the understanding of Chinese Bibliographical Cataloging Rules.
