摘　　要：流动人群在我国是一个庞大的社会群体。通过对流动人群进行的文献调查和问卷调查可以发现,目前我国大多数公共图书馆还没有真正重视流动人群,忽略了他们真实的信息需求。只有在制度、基层馆建设、文献资源配置及服务等方面予以保障,图书馆服务才能真正惠及到流动人群。专门为流动人群创设分馆或社区馆、将自助图书馆建到流动人群聚集区等将是公共图书馆服务的新方向。The floating population is the large social group in China. Through the invesligation into the floating population, it shows that public libraries have not paid enough attention to them and met their real information needs in China. Only if libraries guarantee the floating population on the institution, branch library construction and resource allocation, the floating population could access library services. The public library services will develop towards building branch libraries for the floating population specially and building self-service libraries in crowed areas of the floating population.
