摘 要:放线菌SIPI-9764的发酵液经溶媒萃取、硅胶柱层析和结晶等,分离出2个异黄酮类化合物,命名为SIPI-9764-Ⅰ和-Ⅱ。通过对其理化性质和UV、IR、MS、NMR图谱的分析,确定化合物SIPI-9764-Ⅰ和-Ⅱ分别为4′,5,7-Trihydoxyisoflavone和4′,7-Dihydroxyisoflavone,与已知的金雀异黄素(genistein)和黄豆苷元(Daidzein)相一致。两个化合物显示出一定的Na+/K+ATPase抑制活性和抗虫活性,其在1mg/ml的浓度对线虫的击倒率分别为73%和64%。From the broth of actinomyces SIPI9764, two isoflavones were isolated by solvent extraction, silica gel chromatograbhy and crystallization, which were named as SIPI9764 and . The structures of SIPI9764 and were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties, UV, IR, MS and NMR spectra. They were 4,5,7Trihydroxyisoflavone and 4,7Dihydroxyisoflavone which were identical with Genistein and Daidzein. These tow isoflavones showed Na+/K+ ATPase inhibitory activities and insecticide activities. SIPI9764 and had 73% and 64% insect killing effect at concentration of 1mg/ml respectively.
