摘  要:为了研究紫花苜蓿根系与生产性能的关系,在地处西辽河平原的内蒙古民族大学实验农场对8个紫花苜蓿品种的根部性状及其与草产量的关系进行了研究。结果表明:种植后的第7年,8个紫花苜蓿品种田间株密度以阿尔冈金最高,苜蓿王最低;根腐率以WL-324和阿尔冈金相对较低,苜蓿王和WL-323HQ明显偏高;根颈直径以费纳尔和阿尔冈金较大,苜蓿王和农宝较小。在0~50 cm土层内,侧根数、主根重、侧根重和根系总重均以阿尔冈金最高,侧根数、主根重、侧根重、总根重及品种间的差异均随土层深度的增加而减小。8个紫花苜蓿品种2008年草产量和2002—2008年累计草产量均以阿尔冈金最高,苜蓿王最低;株密度与2008年草产量和2002—2008年累计草产量相关均达到极显著水平,总根重和根颈直径均与2008年草产量相关达到显著水平,根腐率与2008年草产量和2002—2008年累计草产量均呈负相关。从草产量和根部性状综合来看,阿尔冈金是研究地区种植紫花苜蓿的首选品种。To study the performance of alfalfa roots and production capacities,root traits and their correlation with forage yield were studied with eight alfalfa varieties on an experimental farm of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities.The results showed that in the seventh year after planting,field density of Algonquin was the highest while it was the lowest for Alfalfa King among eight alfalfa varieties;the rates of rotted roots of WL-324 and Algonquin were lower than that of the other varieties,WL-323HQ and Alfalfa King were obviously higher;diameter of root of Vernal and Algonquin were higher,Alfalfa King and Treasure of Farmer were lower.In 0~50 cm soil layer,the number of lateral root,the tap root dry weight,the lateral root dry weight and the root total dry weight of Algonquin species were all highest,and with the depth increasing of the soil layers,the number of lateral root,the taproot root dry weight,the lateral root dry weight and the root total dry weight of eight alfalfa varieties decreased.The forage yield of eight alfalfa varieties in 2008 and the forage yield of total weight in 2002—2008 of Algonquin species were all highest,and lowest of Alfalfa King.The density,the forage yield in 2008 and the total forage yield 2002—2008 showed extremely significant difference.The root total dry weight.The diameter of root and the forage yield in 2008 showed significant association.Rotten rate of root with the forage yield in 2008 and the total forage yield 2002—2008 showed negative correlation.Synthetically,taking these factors into account,such as forage yield and root traits,Algonquin would be the best variety in the region.
