摘  要:为了研究钝顶螺旋藻多糖的抗氧化作用,试验用羟自由基(.OH)测定试剂盒和超氧阴离子自由基(O2.-)测定试剂盒测定了钝顶螺旋藻多糖对自由基的体外清除能力;同时还用总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)测定试剂盒和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)测定试剂盒测定了钝顶螺旋藻多糖在体内的抗氧化能力。结果表明:在体外,螺旋藻多糖对.OH和O2.-均具有明显的清除作用,以1.0 mg/mL和6 mg/mL的作用效果最显著(P<0.05);在体内,钝顶螺旋藻多糖能显著提高小鼠T-SOD和T-AOC水平,其中以625 mg/kg的作用效果最为明显(P<0.05)。说明钝顶螺旋藻多糖能够通过提高抗氧化酶的活性提高机体的抗氧化能力。To explore the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from Spirulina(Arthrospira) platensis(PSP),scavenging effects of PSP on active oxygen species ·OH and O2·-were studied by ·OH test box and O2·-test box in vitro,and then the anti-oxidations of PSP were investigated in vivo by T-SOD test box and T-AOC test box.The result showed that PSP could significantly scavenge ·OH and O2·-in vitro.The highest scavenging effects occurred in the 1.0 mg/mL and 6 mg/mL,the scavenging effects were different significantly with different dosage(P0.05).The activity of T-SOD and T-AOC in mice were increased remarkably,but the effect of 625 mg/kg were the best significant(P0.05).It concludes that PSP can enhance the anti-oxidation capacity of the body by means of increasing activity of antioxidat enzymes.
