摘 要:应用FLUENT软件获得高温高湿造纸工业厂房内部温湿度及围护结构内表面温度分布。在Tecplot后处理软件中编写代码,拟合出空气露点温度分布。对比围护结构内表面温度与其附近空气露点温度,根据结露判断条件预测出围护结构内表面结露区域分布。为大空间工业厂房设计、维护人员等预测结露区域,加强围护结构保温防结露措施提供了参考。By using FLUENT software,temperature and humidity distribution in this hot and humid plant and temperature on inner surface of the plant envelope were figured out.The code was written in Tecplot post-processing software and the dew-point temperature distribution was gotten.According to condensation judgment principle,the temperature of envelope inner surface and dew-point temperature were compared,and the moisture condensation area of the envelope was predicted.It provided suggestions of condensation area prediction,heat preservation and anti-condensation of plant envelope for designers and maintainers.
