摘　　要：旋转防喷系统是实施欠平衡钻井的关键设备,旋转密封总成是旋转防喷系统最关键的部件,其在运转过程中会产生很多热量,为保证旋转密封总成的使用可靠性,必须对其进行冷却,同时轴承和动密封也需要润滑。研制了冷却与润滑动力装置,对旋转密封总成提供循环的恒温润滑油,进行连续强制润滑和冷却。室内试验表明,该装置能够满足旋转密封总成的冷却和润滑要求。Rotary sealing assembly is the most critical component of rotary blowout preventer that is the key equipment of under balanced drilling（UBD）.Though the operation of rotary sealing assembly will generate a lot of heat,which should be cooled the bearing and dynamic sealing should be lubricated to ensure the reliability of its usage.Laboratory experiments indicated that this equipment could meet the cooling and lubricating requirement of rotary sealing assembly.
