摘　　要：21世纪,人类面临着化石资源枯竭、环境污染加剧带来的生存与发展的危机。发展低碳环保的工业生物技术将在保障能源安全、提高环境质量和推动经济发展等方面发挥积极作用。本文详细讨论了当前国际上工业生物技术产业发展在关键技术、政策、商业环境及投融资方面面临的问题与挑战,并针对当前国内的发展现状提出了对策建议。In the 21st century,mankind has been faced with the crisis caused by the lack of fossil resources and increasing environmental problems.Industrial biotechnology,or white biotechnology,will be one of the most promising ways forward to ensure energy security,environmental protection and economic growth.In this paper,the principle obstacles and challenges in key technologies,regulatory policies,business environment,investing and financing of worldwide white biotechnology industry are thoroughly discussed,and the suggestions are provided to promote the development of white biotechnology industry in China.
