摘　　要：目的探讨高血压患者Ig、C3以及CD3、CD4和CD8水平与左心室肥厚的相关性。方法选取2009年12月-2010年1月的80例高血压患者为研究对象,将其分为A组(伴左心室肥厚组)40例和B组(不伴左心室肥厚组)40例,同时选取40名健康人为C组,后将三组人员的Ig、C3以及CD3、CD4和CD8水平进行研究及比较。结果 A组的Ig、C3及CD8均高于B组及C组,CD3、CD4则低于B组及C组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论高血压伴左心室肥厚患者的Ig、C3以及CD3、CD4和CD8水平变化较大可为其是否伴有左心室肥厚的判断提供一定的依据。Objective To study the correlation between the levels of Ig,C3,CD3,CD4,and CD8 and left ventricular hypertrophy in the patients with hypertension. Methods Eighty patients with hypertension from December,2009 to January,2010 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into group A（with left ventricular hypertrophy,n=40） and group B（without left ventricular hypertrophy,n=40）.Forty healthy individuals were selected as group C.The levels of Ig,C3,CD3,CD4 and CD8 of the three groups were studied and compared. Results The levels of Ig,C3 and CD8 of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C,but the levels of CD3,CD4 of group A were both lower than those of group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant（all P0.05）. Conclusions The correlation between the levels of Ig,C3,CD3,CD4 and CD8 and left ventricular hypertrophy in the patients with hypertension is big,and can provide the evidence for the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy.
