摘 要:目的探讨蒙德法在某新建粘胶厂建设项目职业病危害预评价工作中的应用,为采取职业病危害风险评估的方法提供依据。方法采用蒙德法、类比法和检查表分析法,对该项目的聚合单元和溶解单元的职业病危害和拟采取的职业病危害防护措施进行评价。结果聚合单元的U为12.9,C为206,属于毒性事故高风险的范畴;溶解单元的U为7.2,C为158,属于中的范畴。对防护措施进行补偿后评价,聚合单元的U为2.8,C为27.2,溶解单元U为1.6,C为20.9,均属于低的范畴。结论本项目从容器系统、工艺管理、安全态度方面采取补偿措施,该建设项目可以减少发生职业病危害的风险。Objective To explore the application of Mond's method in pre-evaluation of occupational hazard in a viscose factory construction project,and to provide the evidence for evaluation of the risk of occupational hazard. Methods The construction project was divided into two evaluating units,including polymerizing unit and dissolving unit.The occupational hazard and protecting measures were evaluated with Mond's method,analogue project analysis method and contrast sheet analysis method. Results Indexes U and C of polymerizing unit were 12.9 and 206 respectively,its toxic accident risk being high level.Indexes U and C of dissolving unit were 7.2 and 158 respectively,its toxic accident risk being medium level.After considering remedy measures to occupational hazard in this construction project,indexes U and C of polymerizing unit were 2.8 and 27.2 respectively,indexes U and C of dissolving unit were 1.6 and 20.9 respectively.The risk of toxic accident reduced to low level. Conclusions Considering the preventive measures in the vessel system,technology management and safety attitude,the risk of occupational hazard could be reduced in this construction project.
