摘 要:目的观察血水草生物碱(Eomecon chionantha Alkaloids,ECA)及其血根碱(Sanguinarine,SAN)的抑菌作用。方法以大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白假丝酵母菌为受试菌,采用琼脂打孔扩散法和琼脂平板稀释法,研究ECA及SAN的抑菌作用。结果 ECA和SAN可抑制大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌的生长,而对铜绿假单胞菌无抑制作用;ECA对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为40、160、40μg/ml;SAN对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白假丝酵母菌的MIC分别为40、80、40μg/ml。结论 ECA和SAN对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白假丝酵母菌具有较强的抑菌效果,对铜绿假单胞菌没有明显的抑制作用。Objective To observe the antimicrobial effects of Eomecon chionantha alkaloids(ECA) and sanguinarine(SAN). Methods The agar proliferation method and the agar dilution method were used to study the antimicrobial effects of ECA and SAN on the tested bacteria,including Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginose,and Candida albicans. Results ECA and SAN could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans,but did not inhibit the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginose.The minimum inhibition concentrations of ECA against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans were 40 ug/ml,160 ug/ml,and 40 ug/ml,respectively.The minimum inhibition concentrations of SAN against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans were 40 ug/ml,80 ug/ml,and 40 ug/ml,respectively. Conclusions ECA and SAN could strongly inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus,and Candida albicans,but had no apparent inhibition on Pseudomonas aeruginose.
