电渣熔铸渣壳凝固特性研究

摘　　要：在给定工艺条件下,采用＂钢丸填充法＂研究了电渣熔铸的渣壳凝固过程。试验结果验证了电渣熔铸过程中存在渣壳返熔现象,且返熔的渣壳厚度约为一次渣壳厚度的30%~50%。提出了几点改善电渣熔铸件表面质量的关键措施。The ＂shot-filling＂ method was employed to study the solidification characteristics of the slag skin under a given condition in ESRC.The results show that there exists the re-melting phenomenon of the slag skin in electroslag remelting casting（ESRC） process,and the thickness of the re-melting slag skin is about 30%-50% of the firstly slag skin＇s thickness.Some key points to improve the surface quality of the casting in ESRC were put forward.
