新型自剥落醇基浅色铸铁涂料的研究

摘　　要：经过大量试验及生产实际验证,成功研制了新型自剥落铝矾土醇基浅色铸铁涂料。在浇注前后该涂料颜色都呈浅色,在铸件落砂时涂料不产生粉尘,因此改善了铸造作业环境。铸件落砂时,呈陶瓷态的涂料自动从铸件表面剥落或轻轻敲击后剥落,铸件表面光滑平整。涂料具有高耐火度、低烧结温度的特点,适应壁厚不同、大小不一、浇注温度不同的各类铸铁件。Through a large quantity of experiments and practical production,a new light colour alcohol-based bauxite self-peeling coating was successfully manufactured.The coating appears same light colour before and after pouring,and there is no dust from the coating during the knockout,so the work condition for foundry is improved.The ceramic coating self-peeled off or peeled off from the casting after light knocking during the knockout,and the casting surface was smooth.With high refractoriness and low sintering temperature,the coating can be applied to the castings with different wall thickness,sizes,and pouring temperatures.
