摘 要:通过试验利用回归和方差分析等方法研究了精炼对近共晶Al-Si活塞合金(ZL109)熔体中Mg含量的影响。结果表明,随着精炼次数的增加,近共晶Al-Si活塞合金熔体中Mg元素不断产生烧损,Mg含量的降低与精炼次数存在线性关系。根据该结果讨论了活塞铸造生产过程中,熔炼炉和坩埚保温炉内铝液的Mg含量存在稳定的对应关系,并且应采取不同手段分别进行控制。The linear regression and variance analysis were used to investigate the influence of refinement treatment on magnesium content of near-eutectic Al-Si piston alloys through experiment.It has been shown that the magnesium of near-eutectic Al-Si piston alloys was constant burning with the increase of times of refinement treatment;the magnesium content has a liner relationship with the refinement treatment times.The results also show that there was a steady correspondence relation between the magnesium content of Al-Si piston alloy in smelting furnace and that of crucible furnace during piston casting production,and different methods should be adopted to control it respectively.
