摘 要:采用SEM、EDS、XRD和XPS等分析手段研究了HFC-125/N2混合气体对AZ91D镁合金熔体的保护效果,以及所形成的表面膜的形成过程。结果表明:HFC-125可以对镁熔体提供长期有效的阻燃保护;所得镁熔体表面膜主要由MgF2构成;随着时间的延长,表面膜内Mg含量逐渐减少,F含量逐渐增多。HFC-125 gas,one of the hydrogen fluoride hydrocarbon gases,can provide an effective protection for magnesium alloys during melting;however,the formation mechanism of protective film has not been well understood.The effect of HFC-125/N2 mixed gases on the melting magnesium alloys was investigated;the SEM,EDS,XRD and XPS analyses were also conducted to understand the formation of protective film.The results show that HFC-125 can serve as a long-term effective flame retardant for magnesium alloy melt;the protective film was mainly composed of MgF2.Mg concentration in the protective film decreases gradually while F concentration increases with the time.
