摘　　要：阐述了我国铁路关键铸钢件生产状况,分析了现行的铁道行业铸钢标准TB/T3012的特点,例举了CRH2型动车组密接车钩质量控制方法,并就如何稳定和提高铸钢件质量和产品可靠性提出了一些看法。通过对所执行标准的对比分析,可以看出我国货车转向架摇枕、侧架以及动车组密接车钩的铸件质量水平已进入了世界先进行列。通过采取先进的工艺技术、从严执行标准、加强监督检查等措施,可以有效地保证产品质量。The production status of China railway key steel castings has been reviewed.The characteristic of current railway industry cast steel standard TB/T 3012 has been analyzed.The quality control method of CRH2-type EMU tight-lock coupler was presented as an example,and some opinions on how to stabilize and improve the quality and reliability of steel castings were put forward.Through comparative analysis of the executed standard,it can be seen that the steel castings quality level of truck bogie bolster,side bearer,as well as EMU tight-lock coupler in China railway has entered into the advanced ranks of the world.By using advanced process design technologies,executing document and standards strictly,strengthening supervision and inspection and so on,the quality of products can be effectively improved.
