摘　　要：文章分别从Google数字图书馆计划的目的及后果、对数字化及其对相关产业的垄断、信息组织与整理、对其他图书馆及其用户心理及行为的影响、对国家文化主权的影响五个方面,对Google数字图书馆计划中可能存在的跨国文化侵蚀及其危害进行深入系统的分析与研究。A thorough analysis and research on the erosion of culture and the corresponding damages from ＂Google Books＂ are made in this paper from five different aspects. They include the purpose and results of ＂Google Books ＂ , the monopolization from ＂Google Books ＂to the digitization and relevant industries, information organization and management in ＂Google Books ＂, the influence from ＂Google Books ＂on the libraries and the psychology and behaviors of the library users , and the influence from ＂Google Books ＂on the national culture dominion.
