摘　　要：目的观察药用碳片保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的疗效。方法 70例CRF患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各35例,均予基础治疗(予优质低蛋白饮食,保持水电解质酸碱平衡),治疗组加用药用碳片灌汤,对照组给予中药灌肠治疗;两组连续治疗21d后检测治疗前后生化指标以评价治疗效果。结果治疗组生化指标改善优于对照组。结论药用碳片保留灌肠治疗CRF疗效显著,是CRF非透析治疗的有效方法之一。Objective：To investigate the effect of charcol retention enema on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods：70 patients with CRF were randomly divided into treatment and control group with 35 cases in each group. Besides the basic therapy with high-quality low-protein diet to maintain acid-base balance,the charcol was used in the treatment group and the Traditional Chinese Medicine was adopted in the control group. After 21 days,the biochemical parameters were detected before and after treatments. Results：Improvements of these biochemical parameters in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion：It is significant that patients were treated with the charcol retention enema. This method is one of the effective treatments in the non-dialysis therapy with CRF.
