对络气郁滞(束缚)型动脉粥样硬化模型的综合评价

摘　　要：目的对9组络气郁滞(束缚)型动脉粥样硬化模型(正常组、动脉粥样硬化组、单纯束缚组、束缚加动脉粥样硬化组、辛伐他汀组、通心络大剂量组、通心络小剂量组、薤白四味组、薤白组)进行疗效综合评价。方法分别应用TOPSIS法、灰色关联分析法、密切值法、优序法对一氧化氮、内皮素等20项指标作综合评价,并对评价排序结果采用KENDALL-W协和系数法进行一致性检验。结果 TOPSIS法、灰色关联分析法、密切值法和优序法的评价结果具有一致性,从优到劣排序:正常组>通心络大剂量组>动脉粥样硬化组>通心络小剂量组>辛伐他汀组>薤白四味组>薤白组>单纯束缚组>束缚加动脉粥样硬化组。结论通心络对束缚加动脉粥样硬化Wistar雄性大鼠的疗效优于辛伐他汀、薤白四味、薤白。Objective： To evaluate synthetically effects of animal models in nine groups including the normal group, the AS group, the pure astriction group, the AS plus astriction group, the simvastatin group, the large dose Tongxinluo group, the small dose Tongxinluo group, the Xiebaisiwei Decoction group and the Xiebai group. Methods： There were 20 in dices to be evaluated such as the TOPSIS method, the gray relative analysis method, the osculating method, the order method. These ranking evaluation results were used to be consistency test by KENDALL-W co- efficient of concordance. Results： The results were consistent from the TOPSIS method, the gray relative analysis method, the osculating method and the order method. The order was the normal group 〉 the large dose Tongxinluo group 〉 the AS group.〉 the small dose Tongxinluo group 〉 the simvastatin group 〉 the Xiebaisiwei Decoction group 〉 the Xiebai group 〉 the pure astriction group 〉 the simvastatin group 〉 the Xiebaisiwei Decoction group 〉 the Xiebai group 〉 the pure astriction group 〉 the AS plus astriction group. Conclusion： These effects of the Tongxinluo group on Wistar male rats with AS plus astriction is better than that of the simvastatin, the Xiebaisiwei Decoction and Xibai.
