摘  要:采用环块试验机,考察钢质摩擦环与高分子材料聚氨酯块在不同接触压力、不同相对运动速度、不同润滑条件下的摩擦磨损情况。结果表明:聚氨酯块与钢环之间的干摩擦运动不存在平稳的磨合期,摩擦力在试验期间不断地发生变化;充分润滑条件下,摩擦界面的摩擦力对接触压力的变化不敏感;聚氨酯材料耐磨性能较好,即使在滴油润滑状态下,与刚性材料接触时在摩擦界面上也极易形成润滑膜,但在高速、高接触压力条件下,润滑膜容易失效。Friction and wear between the steel friction ring and the polymer polyurethane block under conditions of various contact pressure, relative velocity and lubrication was investigated by the use of ring-block testing machine. Results show that smooth run-in period of dry friction between the polyurethane block and the steel friction ring does not exist, and the frictional force changes all the time during the experiments, while the interface frictional force is insensitive to the changes of contact pressure under fully flooded lubrication. The polyurethane materials have good antiwear performance, even if under drip lubrication condition, the lubrication film is easy to form on the frictional interfaces when contacting with rigidity materials, but the lubrication film is easy to fail under high speed and contact pressure.
